Adha Zelma Jewelry is handcrafted with skill, sincerity, and materials of superior quality.  Our products are guaranteed to withstand a reasonable amount of wear and tear.  Please read item descriptions carefully – noting dimensions, sizes, chain lengths, etc – to be sure the item is to your taste, as we only accept returns for faults related to craftsmanship.

If you are dissatisfied with the performance of your Adha Zelma purchase, please contact us at sales@adhazelma.com within 14 days of receipt and we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Returned items can be shipped to the following address, at the customer’s expense.
