Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST, on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Most of the products for sale online are in-stock. However, due to the hand-fabricated nature of our products, some require longer delivery times. If products are not available in stock or available to meet shipping requirements, you will be contacted via email.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders will be shipped via UPS. The cost of shipping may fluctuate higher than the estimated costs listed below. Once orders are confirmed, we will email you your final costs and shipments will be delivered in 6-8 business days depending on your zip code. A signature is required upon delivery.
If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email of its adjusted arrival date. Orders requiring special delivery, will be charged additional fees.
At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
We ship UPS Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Overnight (excluding Sat. delivery) to the United States.  We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Estimates based on 1 lb. package insured to average product cost value. Heavier or more expensive packages will incur higher charges.

Please contact Fedex to inquire about delivery delays. All packages are insured for their value, up to $1,000. Claims for losses or damages that occur during shipment should be submitted directly to UPS.

Please read item descriptions carefully – noting dimensions, sizes, chain lengths, etc – to be sure the item is to your taste, as we only accept returns for faults related to craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of your Adha Zelma purchase, please contact us at service@adhazelma.com within 14 days of receipt and we will repair or replace it at no charge.
